New York – A new fast food restaurant will provide healthy food made from local natural ingredients, helping to support the community.
4Food, due to open on Madison Avenue in August, will replace food such as burgers, nuggets, fries and salads with healthier alternatives. Diners have been invited to post comments before the opening. One said: ‘Buy local organic food and don’t create any dishes using something that can only be made in a factory or is known to be unhealthy.’
The menu includes the ‘W(hole) burger’ – a doughnut-shaped beef, lamb, pork, turkey, vegetable, salmon or egg patty from one of 25 ethnically diverse ‘Veggiescoop centres’.
