An impressive collection of 700 whiskies and 12 rotating craft beers on tap has been paired with a menu of cured meats and a selection of cheeses.
‘We’re definitely seeing a trend for slumming it in a stylish way,’ Alice Lascelles, author of Ten Cocktails: The Art of Convivial Drinking, tells LS:N Global. ‘What was originally a drink for the blue-collar worker has found favour among drinkers looking for something refreshing that also packs a punch.’
