London – The Kitty Hawk is the city’s latest all-day dining offering that is designed to please customers from morning to midnight.
Billed as a department store of dining, the two-storey venue offers five pockets of food and drink experiences to cater for all kinds of food and drink needs throughout the day.
On the main floor is a bar and kitchen, where during the day visitors can enjoy tapas sharing plates beside an open kitchen and in the evening they can take their pick from the venue’s extensive cocktail list and own-cask wine offer.
The space is intended for more casual walk-in gatherings, while in the basement a grill restaurant and private dining room both offer more upscale dining experiences. The fifth department is a coffee shop and patisserie, where grab-and-go lunches are also on offer for those too busy to sit in.
The days of bar-hopping and happy hours may be numbered as more people seek convivial experiences that keep them in one place. For more, see our Anti-happy Hour microtrend that was part of our 2015 Food and Drink Futures report.
