Tuck in: Brick Lane's hidden diner

31 : 08 : 2012 Restaurant : Interiors : Cuisine

London – Pop-up dining collective The Disappearing Dining Club has opened its first permanent restaurant, Back in 5 minutes.

Located on Brick Lane in London, the restaurant is discreetly hidden at the back of a designer clothes shop. Diners must walk to the back of the store and peek through a black curtain to see the dining area. The space accommodates up to 30 diners and is designed in a quintessential 50s style, complete with mid-century alarm clocks, leather chairs and shelves.

The dining experience varies from day to day. On Wednesdays visitors are offered a set three-course sharing meal while on Fridays an à la carte menu is available.
