The Internity programme will replace the agency’s traditional summer intern scheme to offer staff an insight into a range of sectors, from investment banking to organic food, and provide a source of inspiration outside everyday office life.

The agency developed the initiative to broaden its employees’ creative horizons and will offer an additional five places to non-staff members for each session to benefit the local community. The initiative will be advertised in a variety of locations such as retirement homes, cafés and country clubs to ensure a diverse range of participants.

‘You can judge an intern programme by the impact it makes on its participants,’ says Ryan Murray, partner at Solve. ‘We are excited to flip the model and turn everyone into interns this summer.’
