Urban gentlemen are embracing motorcycles while steering clear of the aggressive, bad boy image usually associated with the subculture. Many enjoy building bikes and adding personal touches, but not every enthusiast has the time.

That is where Fred Jourden and Hugo Jezegabel of Blitz step in to offer their services. ‘The artistic direction is 100% in our hands,’ they tell LS:N Global. ‘Still, we take some time to get to know the future owner… what kind of films, clothes, music he likes, where he hangs out, whether he will use the bike in the city, for road trips, or both.’ Personality comes at a price – about $20,000 ($15,395, £12,385) – but the pair are in demand, with a current waiting list of nine months.
