Plenty of bottle: Imaginative advert tells a tale

27.08.2012 Advertising : Storytelling : Argentina

Argentina – Argentine beer brand Andes has collaborated with advertising agency Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi to create a narrative-led advertising campaign entitled A Singular Man.

The advertisement, which parodies the film Edward Scissorhands, tells the tale of a woman who comes to the aid of a young man suffering from the horrifying affliction of having beer bottles stuck to his fingers. The two grow close and a romance follows, only for the man to dump her unceremoniously as soon as she helps to cure him of his bizarre ailment.
