Washington DC – A secret dining society selects its guests based on an online quiz of abstract questions, such as: ‘What is your idea of earthly happiness?’ An email is sent to those who submit the most attractive answers with details of how to buy a $155 ticket.
The No. 68 Project is a ‘cultural dinner series’ that takes its inspiration for its menu and cocktails from fortune cookies. One event about fear featured war correspondent Martha Raddatz as a special guest. The menu consisted of offal dishes and a cocktail that played on the fear of needles. Guests were asked to inject a syringe of red wine into their glasses.
