Bozen, Italy – A new hotel will be so integrated with its environment that visitors may find it hard to distinguish it from the surrounding hills.
The KlimaHotel by architect Matteo Thun, due to open in 2011, will consist of 11 units built in to the Italian hillside. The building will use eco-friendly methods of heating and cooling, with the green roof helping to regulate the internal temperature.
