Tel Aviv – Israeli designer Nir Meiri puts food on a pedestal with his Concrete Plates.
The plates are made of concrete disks attached to wooden legs to create a stand on which the food is presented. The result contrasts the raw ingredients, including fish, bread and vegetables with the concrete plates, emphasising each ingredient.
