Molecular Matter, a new range of tableware inspired by molecular gastronomy, gives chefs a new culinary canvas on which to display their weird and wonderful creations.

Sironi’s hand-crafted aesthetic is based around a hexagonal motif, inspired by the 'elaborate and extraordinary structures made by bees'. Plates feature cratered surfaces, with dimples of varying sizes and shapes creating support for foams, spherications, gelifications and caramelisations that form the basis of molecular food design.

‘The world changes, our taste experience is different, and we are always fascinated and feel more inspired by new scientific discoveries and a greater understanding of food,’ explains Sironi.
