London – The Future Laboratory’s collaboration with British tailor Timothy Everest came to life on Saturday with a 22-piece collection presented at The Future Laboratory HQ as part of Men’s Fashion Week.

Elder Street was once again filled with bunting and a bustling crowd eager to see a collection designed specifically with the 21st-century customer in mind.

‘A new and growing generation of men seek elegance and refinement in the pieces that they buy, but also need them to work with their lifestyles, explains The Future Laboratory co-founder Chris Sanderson. ‘And their lives no longer require them to wear a tailored suit every day.’

The solution? A range of everyday pieces combining custom tailoring with function and durability at its core.

‘One of our requirements was that each piece had to demonstrate the potential to be worn for at least 250 days a year,’ says Sanderson. ‘Our criteria were functionality, quality and style, pieces that made the everyday luxurious through their commitment to craft and detail.’

‘It’s not about fashion or about seasons – each piece is designed to last forever,’ says Timothy Everest.

The Timothy Everest collection harnesses consumer demand for ageless style and classic tailoring, as noted in our New Gents tribe.
