US – American nutraceutical company Borba has unveiled a new clean design aesthetic to go with its revamped line of drinkable beauty products.
Producing drinks with health properties and nutrients specifically aimed at benefiting the skin, the brand has revealed a new design to elevate the product to the luxury market.
The clear bottles with a small white label are a departure from the previous busier and brighter graphic design. The colours of the water have also changed. The new lines have replaced the synthetic colours for more natural hues of green and shades of red.
Employing the help of design agency The Yellow Loft, the Skin Balance Water brand has adopted a simpler, more elegant look. ‘We designed the branding to exude a clean, good-for-you, high-end image,’ says Yellow Loft, the design agency behind the redesign.
Borba’s rebrand is another example of health-related products attempting to take on a designer aesthetic. For more examples, see our Designer Pharmacies microtrend.
