London – Fashion house 3.1 Phillip Lim has opened a pop-up boutique in Selfridges to showcase its latest ready-to-wear collection.
Designed by London-based creative consultancy Studio Toogood, the temporary shop comprises a free-standing wooden structure interspersed with a series of hand-cast sculptures made from raw materials such as resin, steel, rubber, plaster and wax.
Founder and creative director of Studio Toogood, Faye Toogood, is appearing at LS:N Global’s Retail Futures Forum today. She will discuss the importance of multi-sensory experiences in retail and how brands can use the five senses to connect with consumers on a more personal level.
