25 : 03 : 2015 Andrés Fu : COS : Zen Garden

Hong Kong – Interior architect André Fu has designed a minimalist environment in which to present the COS autumn/winter 2015 collection.

  • Creative collaboration results in an architectural complement to the brand’s collection
  • ‘A journey of experiences dedicated entirely to celebrate modern Asia,’ Fu tells LS:N Global

In perfect synergy Swedish fashion house COS (Collection of Style) and Hong Kong designer André Fu have created a modernist, fashion-driven zen garden as a showcase for the autumn/winter 2015 collection at Hong Kong’s iconic Central Pier. The collaboration balances the Eastern roots and Scandinavian aesthetic of the globally successful brand. The collection’s clean lines, grey hues, minimalist designs and strong silhouettes complement the crisp white, cool grey moss accents and mirrored surfaces of the environment to create a setting that shows off the brand perfectly while presenting the collection in style.

The Big Picture: LS:N Global has been tracking the Scandinasian aesthetic since it first emerged in 2010, a mutual affinity between Asian and Scandinavian cultures that is manifest in creative collaborations around the world.
