Antwerp – Design studio IYA has designed YOUR, a 1,000-square-metre concept store in the antiques district of the city.
The retail space was designed to be developed in different stages and to allow pop-up displays. As brands evolve and introduce new collections, new layers will be added to the ‘unfinished’ interior.
‘We used raw and natural materials such as timber so we could continue the design journey,’ says designer Fleur Patterson. ‘In this way, customers will get a new feel for the store every time they visit.’
The ground floor has been configured with minimum fuss, so that each time a level is added in future the store will begin a new transformation.
