A bar with no name

London – The cocktails on offer at new bar Untitled are described according to their flavour profiles rather than ingredients.

  • The space is the third bar concept from Tony Conigliaro of drinks innovation company Drink Factory
  • It is inspired by Andy Warhol’s New York studio The Factory

Designed as a hub for East London creatives, Untitled offers seating for up to 20 people around a communal table and aims to foster interaction between guests. The space doubles as a gallery, with a curated selection of art and design pieces on display.

The cocktail menu comprises 12 original drinks inspired by sight, smell and taste, which are served in specially designed glasses or dishes to create an all-encompassing sensory experience.

Conigliaro collaborated with architectural design studio Studioprototype and graphic designer Machine17 to design the space. Its surfaces made from polished concrete and metallic walls are inspired by Andy Warhol’s New York studio The Factory, often referred to as The Silver Factory on account of its walls hung with aluminium foil.

The Big Picture
