Dishes served at Honeybrains feature a variety of superfood ingredients, and are designed to improve brain function and fight diseases such as Alzheimer’s, according to Seifan.

The restaurant, which takes a scientific approach to brain wellness, is backed by Christophe Jadot, co-owner of Yves Jadot Restaurant Group, nutritionist Amy von Sydow Green and Kevin Chun, executive chef at Louie and Chan.

An on-site Honey Bar stocks a variety of locally and internationally sourced 100% raw honey, and each product features a description of its flavour. NY Buzz Honey from Columbia County, New York, has a ‘mildly sweet and herbal’ flavour, while White Gold Honey from Canada is similar in taste to ‘dulce de leche or crème brûlée’.
