Monterrey – Mexico’s first speciality coffee brand, Bueno de Alegoria, has raised the bar for caffeine-free coffee.
With Bueno de Alegoria’s products, the roasting process can be identified not only by number and colour as with conventional coffee packaging, but also by its packaging material. A different texture is used to describe each roast, from transparent plastic for its soft brew, to a glossy black plastic reminiscent of Pennsylvania’s Alabaster Coffee for its extra strong blend.
‘Our graphic approach evokes a sense of natural delicacy for malt coffee lovers and is inspired by the products’ benefits and the heartwarming, cozy coffee shops of France,’ says Chapter’s Rodrigo Castro.
The brand has also released a cold-brewed, ready-to-drink malt coffee housed in a screen-printed glass bottle with quaint brown paper packaging that reflects the brand’s hand-crafted and wholesome identity.
The Big Picture: Coffee brands are creating stylish products for high-end cafés – the latest must-have accessory for luxury retailers.
