Tale of two cities

13 : 07 : 2015 Tiffany & Co : Fifth And 57th : Installation

London – Tiffany & Co is bringing a slice of the Big Apple to London with its installation Fifth & 57th.

  • The luxury jeweller has faithfully recreated one of the city’s iconic locations
  • Fifth and 57th celebrates the opening of a new Tiffany boutique in Selfridges, London

Tiffany’s installation brings downtown New York to one of London’s busiest shopping destinations. Constructed from hundreds of stacked white boxes that work well in replicating a sprawling cityscape, Fifth and 57th is an interactive installation that transports visitors to the site of Tiffany’s first store and flagship branch located at the crossroads of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street in Manhattan.

Using projection-mapping, the space is a faithful recreation of the avenue, and features a Charlie’s speakeasy bar, coffee and pretzel vendors. There is also a Tiffany store complete with a digital frontage that recreates some of the iconic Tiffany window displays of the past.

The Big Picture: Transport your customers to fantastical and immersive worlds and revel in a bit of retail spectacle using our Futuretainment macrotrend.
