Eindhoven – Art gallery MU is set to hold Soft Breaths & Soft Beats, a one-off event that blends art, technology and mindfulness.

  • Event is inspired by the Soft Focus exhibition by Rafaël Rozendaal which is currently on show in the gallery
  • Goal of the event is to experience Rozendaal's installation to the fullest, through meditation

Led by DJ Lady Aïda who runs pop-up yoga sessions in Eindhoven, the event will be open to just 50 visitors who must dress in all white with bare feet. They will first participate in a breath walk – where each person’s breathing pattern synchronises with their footsteps – around the gallery space, before taking part in a meditation session.

Following the 150-minute Soft Breaths portion of the evening, DJ Lady Aïda will start the Soft Beats free-for-all dance party, giving guests further opportunities for escapism.

Soft Breaths & Soft Beats takes place on Friday 8 May.
