Canada – International furniture retailer Ikea has created a mobile app to enhance its customers’ in-store experience by enabling them to check stock levels and access product information.
Customers can also use the app, available only in Canada, to create shopping lists, find directions to their nearest store and access a map of the shop floor to aid in-store navigation.
