Seoul – Samsung has developed the Samsung Galaxy Beam smartphone with a built-in projector.
The handset’s projector can cast images onto surfaces at 15 lumens of brightness, enabling users to play games, watch films or project pictures 50 inches in width.
‘With the Galaxy Beam, people can share content from their smartphone with people around them, using it like a pocket projector to create shared experiences,’ says Simon Stanford, vice-president of Samsung Electronics UK, ‘whether that is watching films, or sharing holiday snaps or a spontaneous presentation.’
