London – A company called Hubbub is delivering groceries, meat and fish from local shops to consumers.
‘I thought it would be great if local independent shops were able to sell online, so they could be as convenient as the supermarkets,’ says Marisa Leaf, founder of Hubbub. ‘It would give people the feelgood factor of supporting local shops, and better quality of food.’
Smart brands are making use of delivery to appeal to today’s discerning and time-restrained consumers. For more on how to appeal to these consumers, read our Tomorrow Store
