Seoul – South Korean designers MAEZM have created a new interior for the Everyday Chaa tea café.
The designers re-interpreted the traditional Korean teahouse with a monochrome space. Graduated tones on the walls connect the black flooring with the white ceiling, and exposed structural features contribute to the space’s modern aesthetic.
‘The client wanted a friendlier and modern space in which consumption was made more convenient,’ explains the architect.
