London – Ethical fashion label Maiyet’s first pop-up space in London focuses on collaboration and experience.
The five-year-old label, which hails from New York, has made a name for itself by taking a socially conscious and ethical approach to sourcing. Its new space brings together a range of like-minded brands, including eco-friendly beauty company Tata Harper and Indian-inspired jewellers Madhuri Parson.
In collaboration with health and wellness expert Jasmine Hemsley, the space also features East by West, a café that fuses ancient Ayurvedic food principles with fresh, seasonal British ingredients.
During its three-month residency, the space will play host to a rotating programme of events including performance art, screenings, live music, chef tastings, book launches, poetry readings and an exclusive show by illusionist Asi Wind.
Bricks-and-mortar retailers are embracing collaboration, curation and community. Speaking at our latest Retail Futures Forum, the CCO of Clerkenwell London explained why.
