Visitors to Worry Will Vanish, an exhibition that explores the relationship between nature and the body, are invited to remove their shoes and relax under one of the many soft white duvets scattered across the floor. Above, two big screens show a repeating video of kaleidoscopic images that merge digitally rendered patterns of skin with grassy knolls and wheat fields.

All the elements of the exhibition, now in its last week at London’s Hauser & Wirth gallery, were created following principles of Autogenic Training, a method of relaxation developed in 1932 by German psychiatrist Johannes Heinrich Schultz. Visitors are relaxed into a state of calm, turning the space into a retreat amid the bustling commercialism of London’s West End.
