Monterrey, Mexico – A Mexican ice cream parlour has created a delightful laboratory-inspired spectacle to draw in customers.
The Fabulous Frozen Factory, in the eastern city of San Pedro Garza García, offers ice cream that is customised with different bases and flavourings, and then frozen in a cloud of liquid nitrogen smoke.
The store, designed by Jakob Gomez, occupies part of a renovated warehouse and combines a clean industrial aesthetic with playful pastel hues.
