Looking sharp: Lane Crawford campaign set in motion

International – Fashion film innovator SHOWstudio has developed a fashion film and images for Lane Crawford’s spring/summer 2013 campaign using 3D scanning and motion capturing techniques instead of conventional photography.

International – Fashion film innovator SHOWstudio has developed a fashion film and images for Lane Crawford’s spring/summer 2013 campaign using 3D scanning and motion capturing techniques instead of conventional photography.

Film director and founder of SHOWstudio Nick Knight, who pioneered 3D scanning and motion capturing, has pushed the technology to new levels by presenting the fashion show and clear images of the clothes in a different way. The effect is an edgy and spiky look, like looking at the clothes and models through a kaleidoscope.
