Buenos Aires – Argentinian publisher Eterna Cadencia has created a book that disappears two months after being printed.
The Book That Can’t Wait is printed with a reactive ink that gradually deteriorates once exposed to light. The project, which celebrates new Latin American authors, is designed to encourage the owner to read the book quickly before it disappears, to prevent it from remaining unread on a bookshelf.
LS:N Global recently covered a report from solar energy company Austria Solar, which only appears once exposed to the sun. For more information about the changing media landscape, look out for our forthcoming Transmedia Futures report.
