Analyse this: Designer food lab dishes out diets
Tokyo – Designers Lise Lefebvre and Maxime Morel have created the Laboratory of Food Analysis as part of Tokyo Designers Week 2011.
In mock-scientific experiments, visitors are physically assessed by an attendant in a lab coat and are then given a nutricard, explaining which foods would benefit them. As explained in our Tomorrow Store, people respond well to bespoke experiences.
