London – To mark the launch of the Food and Drinks Futures reports, LS:N Global held a Food and Drinks Forum at The Future Laboratory’s Elder Street headquarters yesterday.
The Future Laboratory co-founder Martin Raymond, insight and strategy director Tom Savigar, LS:N Global editor James Wallman and trends researcher Joanna Tulej outlined key trends in the food and drink sectors.
Visitors were also treated to demonstrations by food designer Andrew Stellitano, urban forager Nigel Marlow, conceptual chef Nuno Mendes, as well as lectures on craft beer and cocktail tastings by Steve Taylor of Mason & Taylor and Mark Jenner of the Connaught Hotel.
