International – New game Lune is being developed, allowing gamers to control the moon and environment rather than the characters.
Consumers are becoming increasingly interested in science, and in response brands are incorporating elements of science in to their products, as discussed in our Re-enlightenment Rising macrotrend.
Designed by Sergey Mohov, and created by five ENJMIN students, the game is about adventure and exploration. Lune enables users to control the moon and therefore influence the environment of the game. Tides can be altered and rooms can be flooded; gravity can be manipulated and gamers can decide when the moon rises and sets, thereby altering the light of the characters’ environment.
Rather than a traditional game in which gamers steer characters, overcome objects and fight enemies, Lune is far more tranquil, enabling users to gently glide around the game and adapt the surroundings.
