Basel, Switzerland – Privacy is paramount in the new first-class suite for Swiss Air Lines, whose first-class cabin on the Airbus A330-300 launches this month. Designed by London-based consultancy Priestman Goode, the suite features adjustable partition screens between seats so that passengers enjoy optimum privacy and personal space.
Combining Swiss understatement with contemporary design, the interiors are simple, spacious and crafted for comfort. ‘We focused on delivering a holistic brand experience on-board by mapping the passenger journey from check-in to aircraft,’ says Nigel Goode, founding director of Priestman Goode. Such attention to every detail of a passenger’s journey – rather than a focus simply on point-of-sale or purchased elements – is likely to take off.
