Mags rule OK: Curated magazine store opens

Berlin – With the market for niche magazines larger than ever, specialist booksellers at independent bookshop Motto are positioning themselves as magazine curators of sorts. The store carries an impressive international selection of magazines and indie publications ranging from books to zines, and includes titles from such varied disciplines as art, photography, design and architecture. Regular presentation nights put the spotlight on particularly intriguing publications; a future Japan-themed evening will introduce visitors to the likes of Casa Brutus, Press Pop Gallery and the esoteric Cosmic Wonder Free Press.
