The founder and CEO of creative ideas studio, Frost* Collective, is showing people how to lead more fulfilling lives through the principles of design.

Through self-experience, acquired wisdom and examples of ingenious design, Frost explores the fundamental questions we must ask ourselves to create a healthy work/life balance.

Re-evaluating the meaning of ‘comfort zone’, rediscovering the inner child and avoiding the inner teen, and remembering that it is okay to question everything, are just some of the sentiments explored by Frost, with the help of some aspirational quotes, creative typography and attractive graphics.

‘I began applying my principles of design to my own life,’ says Frost. ‘I found my flow – I am more reflective, more alive to my senses, more in touch with the people in my life and more aware of my value. In short, I am happier.’

Design Your Life is a guide for consumers looking for balance in The Polarity Paradox, a post-recession cycle of extremes.

Vince Frost will be speaking at The Future Laboratory’s Consumer Futures Forum in Sydney on 12 February 2015. For more information contact [email protected] or call +61 438 220 243.
