London – Australian coffee shop St Ali has made its British debut, bringing its meticulous approach to sourcing, roasting and blending coffee to Clerkenwell.
With its dedication to the use of fresh beans, the coffee shop roasts its own coffee in-house in small batches.
‘It’s all about making sure that the story of the bean is told in the clearest possible manner,’ the team behind it explains. ‘That means putting a 10-day expiry date on all our coffees. We’re into fresh fruit, and fresh coffee.’
