Milan – Prada’s Pasticceria Marchesi has opened an elegant new store inspired by classic Milanese design aesthetics.
Pasticceria Marchesi’s interior, which bears resemblance to Prada’s Wes Anderson-designed Bar Luce, comprises two dazzling tea rooms filled with traditional pastries, pralines, cakes and salty treats.
Prada worked with architect Roberto Baciocchi and the founding family of Pasticceria Marchesi to develop a modern, colourful identity that reflects the store’s 200-year legacy. Custom-made fine china by Rosenthal and silver cutlery add finishing touches of luxury.
