London – At LS:N Global’s Technology Network Evening, held at The Future Laboratory HQ last week, editor James Wallman interviewed Jenny Griffiths, computer science graduate and founder of Snap Fashion.
Griffiths spoke about her iPhone app, which enables users to take any item of clothing and search for similar matches online.
‘The idea is that you see something you like, let’s say in an online magazine, and you literally just click on the image to find out where it is from,’ said Griffiths. ‘The same applies if you see something on Instagram, Pinterest or worn by someone. We are there to make shopping a bit more simple and to bridge the gap between the online and offline worlds.’
Watch the above video for more on Jenny Griffiths’ Snap Fashion app and how it integrates shopping into the general browsing experience. Check our Seed section for more insights from experts who attended the Network Evening.
