Mummy fearest: Agency unveils horror sketch show

Sydney – Creative collective The Glue Society has released a trailer for a forthcoming horror sketch series called Watch With Mother, which may have most mums averting their eyes.

Fans of suburban eeriness in the David Lynch vein, however, are likely to come flocking. The series has no obvious tie-in with The Glue Society’s work as one of the world’s best-known commercial directors, which makes it more likely to attract even ad-averse viewers who appreciate its tight visual style and subversive take on the sketch format.

The series does not promote clients or the agency. Instead The Glue Society hopes to use the conventions of fiction to show its skills to the widest possible audience.
