Insect bites: New protein box won't bug people

London – Students at the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London have created the Ento Box containing meals made of insects.

The project was an attempt to make the Eastern culture of eating insects more palatable to Western consumers through packaging and food design.

As we reported in the Food Futures report, insects will become a more acceptable and prevalent source of protein for people in the Turbulent Teens.
