Cape Town – South African wine estate Babylonstoren has become a new form of luxury hotel, which also operates as a working farm.
Guests pick fresh produce from the farm to cook for themselves in self-catering kitchens attached to their accommodation. The hotel’s restaurant menu also focuses on the farm’s fresh produce.
