London – Food designers Bompas & Parr have published a book of cocktail recipes that guides the reader through a range of classic drinks and demystifies the art of mixology.
‘What people fail to realise is that you can usually make a perfectly acceptable drink just out of what you have knocking around in the kitchen,’ says Sam Bompas, co-author of the book. ‘You don’t have to be a cocktail bore to make a cracking drink.’
