A nourishing read: Magazine focuses on health and wellbeing

29 : 09 : 2014 Body Temples : Mind Your Head : Wisdom 2.0

Melbourne – Nourished Journal is a new lifestyle magazine that focuses on wellbeing.

The magazine aims to provide a holistic view of how to enjoy a healthy life through practical advice, recipes and travel stories.

Launched by Amber Hourigan, the creative consultant behind MADE Quarterly and MADE Publishers, topics on wellbeing range from acupuncture as a cosmetic aid to the benefits of different styles of yoga. Articles are interspersed with informative interviews with thought-leaders in the wellbeing world, as well as a Voyage section featuring photography of Byron Bay and the deserts of Arizona.

‘We believe in taking a holistic view on life,’ writes Hourigan in her editor’s letter. ‘This world of ours is overflowing with such wonder and beauty that I hope to share some of it with our viewers.’
