Ford drivers in SYNC with online music service

19.09.2011 Music : Car Apps : Voice Commands

San Francisco – Car manufacturer Ford and online music service Spotify have created a concept for the online technology publication TechCrunch Hackathon that integrates the application into the voice-controlled Ford SYNC entertainment system.

The Ford SYNC system is operated through voice commands issued by drivers without the need to take their eyes off the road. Hacking the Spotify application into the system gives drivers access to free music, and shows the possibilities of voice-controlled apps in cars.
