Christmas list: What New Luxury Millennials want

28 : 12 : 2013 Technista : Topshop : Elle

After a year of jet-setting around the world, New Luxury Millennials will want some time out over the Christmas break, just enough to recharge the batteries, refocus the mind and start planning next year’s project for Kickstarter. LS:N Global has some suggestions for what to buy the person who has everything.

Burberry SS14 Burberry SS14
BMW X4 BMW X4
Chambre Noire fragrance by Olfactive Studio Chambre Noire fragrance by Olfactive Studio

Away from all that high-octane socialising, spending and deal-brokering, our 20something New Luxury Millennial consumers will be taking a leaf out of the No Noise at Selfridges book, with a well-earned spa break at Grace Belgravia. They may find time for some light networking among the Fem-preneurial crowd.

Technology is always on our New Luxury Millennials’ minds. Top of the list is Phonebloks, a great smartphone idea that is way ahead of the crowd. It will look good among the other Techanista gadgets from Fashion Week.

Brand loyalty is not something our New Luxury Millennials give away lightly. They do, however, like sparkly things, especially if they come in small boxes. A subscription to Swarovski’s Passport to Sparkle service will hit the right note.

A touch of sensory overload never hurt anyone, so why not treat the New Luxury Millennial in your life to an olfactory experience, such as The Scent of Space, courtesy of Scratch + Sniff organiser Odette Toilette?

It’s always cocktail o’clock for the New Luxury Millennials, so a bespoke event courtesy of Alexander & James, the online members club platform by Diageo, would tap into their creative spirit.

Virtual stockings are the only way to go for the New Luxury Millennials who have everything. After checking out their Pinterest page, you can’t go wrong with a touch of style direction from the ElleFashionCupboard, Ebay Curators or #DearTopshop campaigns.

Merry Christmas, New Luxury Millennials, from all of us at LS:N Global.
