London – Creative studio Random International has created the Rain Room water installation, in which water falls from the ceiling to the floor and responds to visitors’ movements.
Indoor rain sheets fall in the 100-square-metre installation at the Barbican’s The Curve gallery. People can walk through the installation without getting wet, as sensors stop the downpour along the person’s path.
