Chair transparent: Poltrona Frau shows its workings

Dotted around the brand’s exhibition on Via Savona in the area formerly known as Zona Tortona are a series of chairs upholstered in clear, see-through plastic to illustrate the raw, hand-knotted strings and steel springs of the brand’s furniture. The highlight is a transparent Chesterfield.

This simple gesture reminds all those who see it of the craft inherent in the brand.
