Global – All Day offers female athletes advice on nutrition, mindset, movement and rest.

The science-based app features a variety of short-term routines and practices designed to help users optimise their physical and mental wellbeing. Subscribers can access clean eating tips from chef Candice Kumai and workout sessions from yoga instructor Adriene Mishler and personal trainer Stephen Cheuk, and download a curated playlist of music designed to induce sleep.

‘Adidas All Day will initially focus on the female athlete who seeks variety and likes to try new things,’ says Stacey Burr, vice-president of wearable sports electronics at adidas. ‘With an experience powered by rich scientific insight, the app makes fit living more approachable.’

Created in collaboration with the American College of Sports Medicine, the app integrates the sports medicine and exercise science organisation’s research and insights to deliver tried and tested advice and routines.
