23 : 11 : 2016 Peach & Lily : K-beauty : Customer Feedback

Korea – Beauty retailer Peach & Lily has launched a line of face masks in response to its users’ online feedback.

  • The collection was developed following feedback gathered via social media, blog comments and email
  • The masks continue Peach & Lily’s mission of introducing K-beauty to the US market

In January 2016 the brand announced the launch of its PL Mask Lab, which used reader feedback and reviews on social media as well as suggestions sent in via emails and blog comments to guide the development of the new products.

The resultant Dream Sheet Mask Collection consists of three masks that contain antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that promise targeted results. The Good Skin Day mask is designed to nourish your skin using chia seed and algae, while the Chubby Cheeks mask will plump up your face with snail secretion filtrate and the Reset Button mask promises to soothe using mushroom and licorice extracts.

‘The launch of our own Peach & Lily brand sheet masks is in response to our skin-savvy customers’ wish list – gentle, yet potent formulations packed with super skin-friendly ingredients designed to deliver glowing results,’ says Peach & Lily founder Alicia Yoon.

The Big Idea

Beauty brands such as Peach & Lily and Glossier are increasingly using online feedback to create products that respond directly to consumers’ concerns.
